FRIDAY NIGHT
8pm at the Merlin Theatre

Sirocco 2009 at the Merlin Theatre. Including dance from Beatrice Grognard, Raksan, Venus Saleh, Lucia Zharara and The Uzumé.

THE SIROCCO DEBATE

After the show, furnish yourself with a drink and join our artists on stage, where you can ask them about their work and join a lively discussion on current developments in the dance scene.
 

SATURDAY NIGHT EXTRAVAGANZA

At Rook Lane Arts Centre
from 7:30 to 11pm

Tonight is devoted to letting our hair down and partying at the beautiful Rook Lane Arts Centre (next door to our supper location). In the main gallery we begin with poetry, live music and some surprises from our artists. During the evening henna and massage will be available and the café/bar will be open. Venus Saleh will give a talk about Persian New Year Customs, and there will also be a short dancers’ showcase (please sign up for this when you book). Come in fancy dress, disguise or any way you like!
